Dear everyone at the vet who looked at me like I was a bad person for having both my dog and my son on leashes:
It was either that or have my son run through the store and out into the parking lot. Evolution has failed him and he somehow didn't get the gene that encourages young animals to stay near their mother's.
Aaarghh.
