Bye bye!!

Maybe Mom is over excited... but she's convinced that I said my first word and caught it on tape! I doubt anyone would want to watch the whole video, but at the very end I said "bye bye" when Mom prompted me to!

Rock star!!

I was scooting around today and guess what I did?? I managed to get from my tummy to a sitting position! I was so proud of myself! (Probably not as proud as Momma, but still pretty happy!)

Aint nobody got time for 8 month pictures

Mom ignored my protest to these pictures even though I had so many other things to do... like roll around on the floor, yell really loud, change the channel on the tv....

Anyway here I am at 8 months. I weigh 22.5 lbs and am 30 inches long. I wear some 12 month clothes and some 18 month clothes. I love table food even though I make a mess. I can get on my knees but I can't crawl, so I roll everywhere. I talk ALL THE TIME. I am very independendent. I'm still trying to figure out my sippee cup. My favorite thing to do is eat cheerios in my jumparoo and watch the dog eat the ones I drop. I also love to dance around with daddy!

Adventures in table food

I don't have any teeth yet, but that hasn't stopped me from chowing down! Tonight at dinner I wasn't even served any baby food, I ate (most) of the things Mom and Dad were eating! I had a delicous meal of peas that I fed myself, and Mom gave me some ultra watered down mashed potatoes. I got stiffed on the BBQ pork, but I managed to get a juicy strawberry for desert so no harm done.

Silly mom fest

Mom and her friend went to fit mom fest yesterday and it was awesome. Mom got a free chair massage and I scored a free balloon, so a good time all around. Sadly Mom was over ambitious about the whole thing and spent about 2 hours walking around. She has been in bed since then. Thanks for filling in Dad!!

Im back!!

Mom got a new phone recently and now I'm back online. Although if you were not happy with my previous pictures, I'm not sure how you will feel about the pictures from her $20 refurbished phone that she scraped up.

ANYWAY.  I had a fantastic Easter and looked incredibly cute in my outfit. Afterwards Gramma and Uncle Eric (Mom's mom and brother) came to help take care of me for a few days since Mom is still falling apart at the joints. It was great to see them.

I have lots more family visits coming up including meeting some aunts for the first time! Aunt Julia (moms sister) is coming home from her mission for the LDS Church in Lisbon in June, and Aunt Stacy (dads sister) is coming out from Utah in July.  I'm so popular.

Mom lost her cell phone, which is what she uses to power my blog. Apparently nobody liked her cell phone pictures anyway so it's not that big of a deal. Anyway. I will see you guys later if Mom ever finds her phone or gets a new one...
